Rotimi Akinsete is an experienced Therapeutic Counsellor with almost 30 years of clinical practice under his belt. He is also the author of 'This Book Could Help: The Men's Headspace Manual' which gives an insight into the obstacles which face men and provides tips, guidance and reassurance that getting help is 'ok'.
This Podcast provides some gems to access support for mental health issues, in particular, from the perspective of an African, male facing emotional distress.
